Roger Hayes wants at least one million people to “sign up” to British Constitution Group/Lawful Rebellion for an annual fee of £24.00……
…..the purpose being, of course, that he can then receive a nice annual income of twenty-
He claims that we can have a rebellion because it says so in the Magna Carta. In one of his early public talks a member of the audience pointed out that it is the barons who are allowed to rebel, to which Hayes replied that the community of the whole land can rebel as well. That is true. The Magna Carta does state that the community of the whole land can join the rebellion but only if they give an oath of allegiance to the barons and agree to obey their commands. That is the bit he does not tell people.

Another bit he does not tell people is that the only action the barons are allowed to take is harassment of the monarch. They can do this by seizing the monarch's land and property. Having deliberately misled people regarding Chapter 61 he then comes up with some daft ideas as to what a lawful rebellion is. Here are some of them:-
• Lawful rebellion means setting up an alternative government to the one at Westminster and setting up alternative local authorities as well. They will then provide services such as street cleaning , refuse collection etc. etc. WRONG.
• Lawful rebellion is a state of mind. If people just think that they are in a rebellion then somehow they will be. WRONG AGAIN.
• Lawful rebellion is two people in a pub talking to each other, who network with another two people in another pub in another part of the country, who are networking with two more people somewhere else and so on and so on all over the country. TALKING ABOUT WHAT ROGER?
